Assorted HSS TiN-coated Single End Mill for Maximum Productivity. TTC Production is offering 20-piece multiple flutes (2 or 4 flutes), right-hand square end mill in fractional sizes of 3/16 inch, 1/4 inch, 5/16 inch, 3/8 inch, 7/16 inch with 3/8 inch shank; 1/2 inch, 9/16 inch with 1/2 inch shank; 5/8 inch, 11/16 inch with 5/8 inch shank; and 3/4 inch with 3/4 inch shank. The assortments are made from high-speed steel and have hardness 58 to 60 RC. All assortments come in a sturdy plastic case for convenient use and storage. Square end mills are generally applied in slotting, profiling, peripheral, helical, ramping, and plunge cutting. In comparison to a standard single end mill, the TiN-coated assortments offer a greater depth of cut, heavier feeds and reduce the need for lubricants based on the application.
