Problem: Machining tough alloys requires expensive sump-side additives to extend the life of lubricants and equipment. Solution: A vegetable oil and mineral-based formula protects and lubricates without the need for additional sump-side products.StarSol™ 775AL is a bioresistant, premium soluble oil for heavy-duty metalworking applications. This product contains an effective combination of high quality mineral and vegetable oils, and extreme pressure lubricants that provide excellent surface finish and improved tool life on tough-to-machine, high-silicon aluminum alloys. StarSol™ 775AL has been specifically formulated to significantly extend fluid life without relying on sump-side additions of expensive biocides.

Applications

Use for CNC machining, sawing and grinding of all metals. Versatile - replaces a variety of machining fluids. Dilution ratio: 10:1 to 30:3 parts water
