It is designed to simplify takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings. Comes with 91 built-in scales (50 U.S., 41 metric) and 10 custom scales (5 U.S., 5 metric), for maximum versatility in architectural, engineering and civil/map scaling. The custom scales allow you to define any scale, even from plans that have been reduced, enlarged, or are just out of scale. A PC interface cable (not Included) lets you transfer rolled values from the Scale Master Pro XE directly into commonly used spreadsheets or estimating programs, saving countless keystrokes, saving time and reducing the potential for costly transcribing errors.
