Solution: A heavy-duty soluble formula offers protection and lubrication across many ferrous and non-ferrous materials without adding chlorine, phosphorous and sulfur.Castrol Superedge®6 754 is a heavy-duty soluble oil for demanding operations such as reaming and tapping. Superedge® 6754 is chlorine, phosphorous and sulfur-free. Yet, at moderate-to-low concentrations its outstanding boundary lubrication provides excellent surface finishes without sacrificing tool life. While formulated for aluminum, Superedge® 6754 can also be used on ferrous and other non-ferrous metals. It is ideal for manufacturers that want a single fluid to machine a variety of metals.

Notes

• Avoid freezing. If frozen, Superedge® 6754, must be thawed to 50°F before using.
