The versatile hand countersink & chamfering toolset from Noga is exclusively designed for hole making or creating curved or straight edges and chamfering edges. It gives excellent results on multiple materials including steel, aluminum, and plastics. With Noga's RotoDrive series, reduce production time for countersinking, and deburring of holes. The 6-piece set features 4x cranked countersink sizes and an S10 steel deburring swivel blade. The ergonomic hard plastic NogaGrip-1 handle holds all S-type blades. It features a built-in compartment for extra blades inside the back cap. The single flute countersink cutter attached to a cranked holder provides a smoother and faster cut. The right-handed (Clockwise) countersinks blades are available in different sizes ranging from 3.2 mm, 6.3 mm, 8.3 mm, and 10.4 mm. The countersink blades are made up of high-speed steel with optional Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating. All blades on offer have a wide range of applications on harder workpiece materials. On the Vickers hardness test, these blades score between 1400-1700 HV. At the same time, Noga HSS blades are lightweight and easy to control and handle repetitive work.
