Masonry Drills
Masonry drills are carbide-tipped drill bits typically used with a hammer drill (rotary hammer) to cut holes in concrete, brick, tile, cinder block and plaster when installing wiring or plumbing and in other building installation & maintenance applications. The SDS+ Shank Carbide Tipped Hammer Drill Bits have four slots on the shank for powering the rotary/percussive operation which hammers and rotates to break up fresh material at the drill point and aids in dust ejection along the flutes. Standard, long & extra long masonry drill bits up to 18" are also available for hand held drills.
