Bridge & Construction Reamers
Chucking Bridge Reamers are multi-fluted, end cutting tools used to enlarge previously formed holes to a precise diameter with a smoother finish. The tapered shank on these reamers are used in a Morse taper socket toolholder in a variety of standard portable or stationary machines. The cutting end is ground with a 45 degree chamfer angle and has a slight taper for easy entrance and removal from the hole to be reamed. Suitable cutting oils or appropriate coolant fluids are recommended for most reaming operations.
