Tap Wrenches
Tap wrenches are hand tools which are used to turn small tools with a square on the shank like taps, drills, hand reamers and screw extractors in manual applications. T-handle tap wrenches have self-centering tool steel jaws and a tapered, knurled chuck sleeve for a positive grip on the tool, providing easier access to tight spaces. Ratcheting T-Handles can be set for left or right handed operation, or locked for non-ratcheting use. Double-end adjustable tap wrenches (also called bar wrenches) provide more leverage and can be used with larger diameter taps, although they require a large operational radius.
