Details
Adjustable Scraper Set from Noga for Precision Scraping. Noga's adjustable scraper set is a more versatile scraper blade set that you can utilize for almost all hand scraping, trimming, and deburring jobs. The available blade varieties included in the set are D75, D77, and T80 models with blade lengths 75mm, 73mm, and 80mm, respectively. The bi-directional scraper set is the perfect choice for carving out cross-holes, scraping bushing surfaces, creating straight edges, and for other microfine machining works. Among these, D75 and D77 blades are made of tougher high-speed stainless steel, while the double-sided T80 blade is made of Steel-CR115. This scraper blade set comes with an adjustable aluminum holder with a knurled locking collar to control blade positions. The D75 and D77 bi-directional blades come with a thickness of 3.2mm, and they can be used for cross-hole carving. Whereas, the blade thickness of the triangular T80 model is 4.2mm, and it is mainly employed at hole edge and straight edge surfaces. The included angle of the blades is 60 degrees. Also, the blades have a triangular cross-section, providing three sharp cutting edges. Noga's high-quality blades are fixed on a holder that does not allow them to move freely, which gives you maximum precision while in use. They can be used to remove heavier materials, both ferrous and non-ferrous. The D75 and D77 models are with a hardness of 62 to 64 RC. The T80 blade, on the other hand, has a hardness of 58 to 60 RC. The blades can serve most of the general-purpose hand-scraping applications across industries due to their extra-sharp blade tips, which make the scraping and deburring tasks quick and effortless.
Benefits

- These bi-directional blades can be effectively employed in machining tasks, such as cross-hole carving, bushing surface scraping, edge finishing, etc.
